Enjoy the True Taste of Jamaica & the West Indies. This original Jerk Chicken paste allows you to capture this quintessential Jerk flavor at home with any of your favorite meats. This paste is very spicy, so a little goes a long way. Recommended Use: Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of seasoning per pound of meat. Soy sauce may be added to create a marinade for extra flavor and color. Rub seasoning into meat and let stand for 1hr or more prior to cooking. Grill slowly turning often or bake in oven at 300 degrees F.
