- This Saint Raphael The Archangel Statue is made of high quality designer resin, individually handpainted and polished. Because each piece is partially hand crafted, color tone may vary from pictures.
- This figurine depicts Saint Raphael carrying a jug of annointing oil and staff. He is the Patron of the Sacrament of Pennance. Saint Raphael is the symbol of the Healing of God and had appeared several times in the Holy Scriptures to heal the sick. The figurine is amazingly detailed and will make a great addition to any Archangel collection.
Patron of the Sacrament of Pennance: Raphael carries a jug of oil for annointing. The fish traditionally symbolizes the soul and the oil the healing of it's ailments through confession. The fish is also a reminder of the story of his protection of young Tobias and healing his father Tobit. (see the book of Tobit in the Old Testament for his story; only a Catholic bible will contain this book.)
