Edelmann 254210 Carburetor Inlet Fitting

Self-Tapping Carburetor Inlet Fitting for use on damaged carburetors. Designed slightly oversized to allow it to form its own threads in soft metal carburetor main bodies that have factory 7/8-20 threads. Perfect for early model GM Rochester Quadra jet Carburetors that often have damaged inlet threads due to repeated internal fuel filter replacement (for early carburetors with 7/8-20 inlet threads only - will not work on later carbs with 1"-20 inlet threads). 5/16 inch female inverted flare inlet threads on opposite side accept 5/16 inch factory fuel lines.
