Alejandro Sanz is currently in one of his most creative stages and has composed what are possibly the best songs of his career. This new album El Alma Al Aire includes ten new compositions and was recorded in Criteria Studios (The Hit Sound Factory of Florida) in Miami. This studio has housed such big names like the Eagles (Hotel California) and the Bee Gees (Saturday Night Fever). The studios have recently been remodeled and can now be considered one of the best recording studios in the world. It consists of six studios, of which Alejandro has recorded in five of them, with a specially-designed digital system. Alejandro Sanz has dedicated more than one year in the composition of these ten new songs that comprise his new album, El Alma Al Aire. He has dedicated 4 months in the pre-production and more than 5 months in the recording and mixing of this album. Certified Latin Platinum by the RIAA. (2/01)
