[TMR Sensor for ALPS Joystick for PS5 and DSE] – TMR sensor replacement for ALPS joystick shaft body. The Electromagnetic hall sensor is to replace the old analog carbon film potentiometer sensor. The orange sensor's power supply Vcc pin is on Pin3. It works with DS5 and PS5 Edge controller. The sensor can be calibrated by the DS Tools on Github
[Compatibility Note] – 1. Fits ALPS rocking body with blue bottom alone. Not work with other versions of ALPS body or joysticks made by other makers, Favor Union (FU) for example. 2. Make sure your PS5 controller comes with ALPS stick. Some use FU joysticks which is not compatible with. 3. It takes Vcc power from Pin3. So this ALPS-A kit will not work with PS4 or Xbox. 4. Its center is non-adjustable. The controller has to be calibrated by App or additional calibration FPCB
[Desoldering Tools included] – Split the old analog sensor with the tool included. A copper heating plate melts all the 3 solder joints, making it easy to take off. Multi gauge braid wire performs better than traditional desoldering wicks. PCB holder for DSE stick module and other helping tools included. Thin wire for DSE calibration
[What’s in box: TMR-ALPS-A] – 8x TMR Sensor, 1x Heating Plate and some helping desoldering tools. (🔺This ALPS-A sensor kit comes with 8 sensors in orange for PS5/DSE. Its Vcc must be on Pin3. Please choose ongoing ALPS-B kit for PS4, Xbox 1914 and 1797 controllers.)
