  • VERSATILE PERFORMANCE: The Electric Dynafile II can grind from the contact wheel or platen pad. Switch with lock-on feature has brushes for quick replacement. Sanding head pivots 360 degrees.
  • VERSATILITY KIT: Kit has Contact Arms (11203, 11202, 11204), eight abrasive belts, a carrying case, and platen pads. Belt tracking permits belts 1/4" to 3/4" wide by 18" long. Belt guard detaches

Dynabrade 40611 Electric Dynafile II Abrasive Belt Tool Versatility Kit 11,000 RPM, 120 V (AC), 6 Amp, 60 Hz, for 1/8"-3/4" W x 18-24" L (3-19 mm x 457-610 mm) Belts Electric Dynafile II runs coated abrasive and non-woven nylon belts, and is ideal for countless applications on metal, plastic, fiberglass, solid surface, stone, glass etc. Grind with contact wheel or platen pad. Finish and polish using slack of belt. Tool accepts over 20 interchangeable contact arms, for use with belts 1/4" to 3/4" wide by 18" long. Can accept 1/8" wide or 24" long belts with purchase of additional contact arms (not included). Comfortable switch with lock-on feature. Easily accessible brushes for quick replacement. Sanding head pivots 360 degrees, for working in previously inaccessible areas. Reversible side-handle for operator comfort. Tool is double-insulated for safety and includes electric cord 8 feet (2.44 m) in length. Includes 40610 Electric Dynafile® II with 11203 Contact Arm, and two additional arms (11202 and 11204). All tools must be registered at www.Dynabrade.com to qualify for Lifetime Warranty. All Dynabrade portable pneumatic power tools are rigorously inspected and performance tested in our factory before shipping to our customers. If a Dynabrade tool develops a performance problem and an inherent defect is found during normal use and service, Dynabrade will warrant this tool against defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the tool. Upon examination and review at our factory, Dynabrade shall confirm that the tool qualifies for warranty status, and will repair or replace the tool at no charge to the customer. Normally wearable parts and products are NOT covered under this warranty. Uncovered items include bearings, contact wheels, rotor blades, regulators, valve stems, levers, shrouds, guards, O-rings, seals, gaskets and other wearable parts. Dynabrade's warranty policy is contingent upon proper use of our tools in accordance with factory recommendations, instructions and safety practices. It shall not apply to equipment that has been subjected to misuse, negligence, accident or tampering in any way so as to affect its normal performance. To activate lifetime warranty, customer must register each portable pneumatic power tool at www.dynabrade.com. Dynabrade will not honor lifetime warranty on unregistered tools. A one-year warranty will be honored on all unregistered portable pneumatic power tools. (In European countries, warranty on unregistered tools will be two years.) Lifetime warranty applies only to portable pneumatic tools manufactured by Dynabrade, Inc. in the USA. Lifetime warranty applies only to the original tool owner; warranty is non-transferable.
