These bands are orange, 41" long, 4.5mm thick, and 1/4" wide. This is a great way to add some additional resistance to your bench or deadlift training without having to make a huge jump. These bands add approximately 30 pounds to the top of the bench press. (When using one doubled band per side). These are also great for using on the jump stretch sumo platform or in a elitefts sumo base rack. Not sure of the resistance on these bands when deadlifting, but it's less than a mini band... and more than nothing.
