The chemical sunscreens (methoxycinnamate and octyl salicylate) boost the SPF level to help provide good UV-B protection. Elta Blocks are PABA-free and safe for sensitive skin. Elta Block 32 is a combination block and light moisturizer for daily use on face, hands and arms. Elta Blocks are PABA-free and safe for sensitive skin. Excellent under makeup.
