- EASY TO PREPARE: All you have to do is rinse and drain. Microbiogically, our Konjac noodles come ready to eat. This is a natural smell occurs when Konjac yam preserved in alkaline water at PH：11.5～11.9. All you need to do is rinse and drain. The smell will disappear.
