Relieve neck pain in just 10 minutes a day. This neck stretcher is designed for those who spend long hours with their heads bowed, sit for extended periods, have poor sitting posture, or suffer from a stiff neck. It helps alleviate neck pain and pressure while aiding in the natural restoration of the neck curve.
Featuring an ergonomic design, the curve of this neck relaxer perfectly matches the cervical spine. When you lie down, it provides vertical, horizontal, and curvature stretch for neck traction, allowing the cervical traction pillow to position the head in a way that reduces spinal pressure, supports the cervical spine, and helps restore the C-shaped curve of the neck.
Crafted with a dense foam design, it offers a sturdy, lightweight, and comfortable base. The cervical neck stretcher can be used on hard surfaces such as home floors, outdoor flat ground, and yoga mats.
*Note: It cannot be used as a regular pillow overnight. Typically, it takes 1-3 days to adapt to this pillow, as your neck needs time to get accustomed to the new corrective curvature. Once you're used to it, you'll experience extreme comfort! *
This neck stretcher should never cause pain, though some slight discomfort may be felt initially. Given the varying conditions of the cervical spine, improper use or excessive usage time of this device may worsen an existing condition or lead to additional injury. If you experience pain, numbness, or dizziness, immediately stop using the device and consult a healthcare professional.
Product Size: 8.7 x 6.9 x 4.9 inches
How to use: 1. Position the neck support part around the middle of your neck. Start with gentle traction (with the convex side facing your head). Gently adjust your position on the device, moving up or down along your spine to find the most comfortable spot for your neck. Bend your knees and place your hands beside your head.
2. Once comfortable, let your neck settle further into the support. Taking slow, deep breaths helps with relaxation. Notice how the support enhances your posture—you may feel tension releasing at this point. You might also find that your neck, trapezius, and shoulder muscles relax more, and your posture becomes more aligned. Slightly reposition every few minutes to avoid localized fatigue; you can return to your comfortable position if needed.
3. Like any new exercise, start slowly. Use the gentle support level for 5 minutes, then assess if you can use it for an additional 5 minutes. Progress gradually based on your comfort. If you need more neck support, use the strong traction setting (with the concave side under your head).
4. NOTE: Initially, you may feel slight discomfort as your muscles and joints adjust to their new positions. If you feel pain, stop using the device immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
