Using a boil and bite tray is a simple, inexpensive way to deliver cleaning and whitening to your orthodontic appliances and teeth!

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place the tray over your upper teeth before forming in hot water. Practice with your tongue touching roof of your mouth & the inside of the tray.Â
2. Then suck the air from the tray which will contour the guard to the inside surface of your teeth. When finished, repeat with the lower tray.Â
3. Bring water to a boil. Fill a bowl at least 4 inches deep to ensure the tray's full immersion.Â
4. Holding the tab, dip one one tray at aÂ time int the hot but not boiling water. Keep the tray in the water for 5 seconds. Lift the tray vertically & shake off excess water.Â
5. Carefully & quickly place tray around your teeth & immediately perform the procedure outlined in step 1. Repeat with the second tray.Â
6. Trim the front tab away from the tray with scissors, making sure it is flush with the front surface of the tray.Â Your custom formed trays are now ready for use.
