Slide the bottom prongs into an Evergreen Garden Flag Stand Base (sold separately) and display on your porch, patio, deck, etc. 2. Insert the bottom prongs directly into your yard or garden. Installation Tips: Installing your stand is easiest in moist soil. If your soil is dry, pour 1 gallon of water onto the area and allow the liquid to soak in. Push the bottom prongs into the soil until they are completely covered. No tools required. Slide the flag’s sleeve onto the top bar. Push it over until the flag’s edge reaches the vertical post of the stand. Place an Evergreen Flag Rubber Stopper (sold separately) onto the end of the pole to prevent the flag from blowing off the stand. Flags should be removed during severe weather conditions.
