BoatTector’s Air Force Push-In Shrink Wrap Vents provide airflow to the inside of a shrink-wrapped boat, helping alleviate the musty smells, condensation build-up, and mildew commonly found during winter storage. The vent creates its own opening in the shrink wrap and locks itself into place so easily that it practically installs itself. Once installed, the vent seals itself against the leaking moisture of rain and snow while remaining open to let the air freely flow in and out. The louvered vent opening is designed to keep out bugs and other critters. The Air Force Vent is perfect for any number of shrink-wrapped applications, including winterized boats, farm equipment, storage containers, and more! In some applications, such as thicker wraps and canvas, the surface may need to be pre-cut to provide the easiest installation. A strip of shrink-wrap tape may be used to fully secure the vent in place in applications where the item may be trailered, moved, or the vent is unable to secure itself.
