The boning knife from the ErgoGrip series (blade length 15 cm) is used for triggering bones, i.e. separating meat and bones
The semi-flexible, thin blade allows precise cuts as it adapts to the cutting material.
The knife can be guided close to the bone without tilting and thus allows a high level of meat distribution.
Due to the curved blade shape, the cutting edge is longer than straight knives, which allows a long, pulling cut.
A boning knife is included.
