Troubleshooting Suggestions when the charger doesn't charge or charge on and off:
1. Make sure your phone has wireless charging function;
2. Check if the cable connects with Wireless Charger and Adapter Stably;
3. Check if the adapter (NOT INCLUDED) output is enough. A QC 2.0 /3.0 adapter required for fast mode, a 5V 2A adapter for normal mode. Computer output is only 0.5A, it will be slow charge if use computer as power source.
4. Please remove your phone case to have a check, cases which are too thick or have magnetic or metal material will affect charging.
5. Place the phone on the CENTER of the charger stand.
