Description

  • 1. FS-4C-U8-Pro is a PCIE X4 interface to 8-Ports USB 3.0 expansion card. Allow users add 4X dedicated USB 3.0 5Gbps channels, 20Gbps total bandwidth on 8X superspeed 5Gbps max USB 3.0 ports. It is mainly used on Desktop PCs, Working Stations, and NAS data centers for high-bandwidth USB 3.0 devices which including USB industrial cameras, USB VR-Systems, USB 3.0 NVME enclosures, USB live broadcast devices, USB 3.0 SSD/HDD enclosures, USB 3.0 video adapters and USB 3.0 universal docking stations.
  • 2. Based on 1X ASMedia ASM1812 20Gbps PCIE bridge controller and 4X RENESAS UPD720201 USB 3.0 host controller. Provide 4X independent USB 3.0 5Gbps channels, 20Gbps total bandwidth. 4X external USB-A and 2X internal 19Pin USB 3.0 header (2X 19Pin USB 3.0 header will extend to 4X USB-A ports on Desktop PCs front panel), 8X USB 3.0 5Gbps max ports in total. 1X external USB 3.0 port and 1X internal USB 3.0 port will share 1X USB 3.0 5Gbps bandwidth. 8X USB 3.0 Ports will share 20Gbps bandwidth.
  • 3. Built in FebSmart Self-Powered Technology, no need to plug any additional power cables from PCs power supply unit. Allow each USB 3.0 channel 2X USB 3.0 ports get 5V/3A 15W (5V/12A 60W in total) power supply from motherboard directly for connected high power consumption USB 3.0 devices. FebSmart add 8X electronic safety fuse, 8X voltage stable capacitor and 4X voltage stable inductance on the USB expansion card, will protect user’s data and USB devices, make sure safe connection than ever.
  • 4. Compatible System: 1. Plug and Play on Windows 11, 10, 8.x (32/64bit) and Windows Server 2012, 2012R2, 2016, 2019, 2022 systems. 2. Need to Install Driver on Windows XP, Vista, 7 (32/64bit) and Windows Server 2003, 2003R2, 2008, 2008R2 (32/64bit) systems. 3. Plug and Play on most Linux kernels. 4. NOT support MAC OS X.
  • 5. PCIE X4 interface design, will works on PCIE X4, X8, X16 slot. Do not work on PCIE X1, X2 slot, do not work on PCI slot. Based on PCIE 2.0 standard, will compatible with PCIE 1.x, 2.x, 3.x, 4.x PCIE slot. The full height bracket mounted on this PCIE USB 3.0 expansion card, will works on Standard Size Desktop PCs, do not support Slim Desktop PCs.
  • 6. ATTENTION: 1. Must make sure Desktop PCs have one empty PCIE X16 slot before purchase. 2. Must install driver on Windows 7 (32/64bit) and previous systems. 3. Not support low profile bracket, do not work on slim PCs. 4. Please use USB 3.0 devices test connection speed, or cannot get the peak speed.
