FLEX SEAL LIQUID is a patent pending, proprietary formulation that starts out as a thick liquid and dries to a super strong, flexible, watertight rubberized coating. FLEX SEAL LIQUID can be brushed, rolled, dipped or poured to create a high performance protective rubber barrier that blocks out air, water and moisture on a variety of surfaces and objects. Once cured, FLEX SEAL LIQUID forms a durable, breathable, weatherproof, non slip barrier that's resistant to rain, snow, sun, wind, hail, air, moisture, UV degradation, extreme temperatures and natural weathering. DIRECTIONS: Stir can well, do not shake. Make sure the surface is clean, dry and free of grease, oil and dirt. For better adhesion, scuff surface with sand paper or steel wool. Coverage will vary depending on amounts of coats used. 1 Large 16oz – approx. 20Sq. Ft., 1 Jumbo 32oz – approx. 40Sq. Ft., 1 Gallon can – approx. 150Sq. Ft., Brush or roll FLEX SEAL LIQUID using an even sweeping motion. Apply several even coats until the surface has been completely covered and ALL cracks and holes have been filled. Allow FLEX SEAL LIQUID to dry 24 to 48 hours and apply additional coats as needed. Always brush or roll over a larger area than just where the leak occurred. Dip object directly into the FLEX SEAL LIQUID make a slight swirling motion. Once the surface has been coated, remove and let any excess drip back into the can. Hang or clip the object in the same vertical position as it came out of the can and let dry. Pour FLEX SEAL LIQUID directly on the surface allowing gravity to take FLEX SEAL LIQUID into cracks, holes and hard to reach areas. Continue to pour until the surface has been covered and all cracks and holes have been completely filled.
