- Black, thermoplastic, rubber-coated, reinforced, non-woven polyester fabric, reinforced with a spring steel wire helix, is resistant to abrasion, tearing, chemicals, ozone, moisture, and ultraviolet (UV) light
- Flexible and compressible for handheld use and easy installation
- Suitable for applications with temperatures up to 285 degrees F, such as fume extraction and industrial ventilation
- More resistant to tears, punctures, and abrasion than woven neoprene and standard thermoplastic rubber hoses
