This Flexcut Hooked Skew Knife features a hooked radial bevel, and is perfect for waterfowl carving. It can also be used to make v-cuts using a rolling action.The recess at the base of the blade allows you to choke up on the blade for more precise cuts. The high carbon blade holds an edge extremely well and is easily maintained by simple stropping. The blade is honed, polished and ready to go. New handle shape holds like a pencil or conventional knife.
