As suited to smaller projects (and precision work) as to roughing out blanks, these 5" tools fit comfortably in the palm of your hand. These are the tools that established and built the Flexcut name and reputation worldwide. Flexcut blades, as the name implies, are flexible to give you more control over your cuts. Made of high carbon spring steel, the tool shank gives just enough to follow the contour of carving, eliminating the need to have a handful of traditional tools to finish a single profile. This unique material also contributes to its excellent edge holding capability as the shank is tempered like a spring while the tip is hardened to Rc 59-61, then hand honed and polished. The handles are ergonomically designed to increase the comfort and ease of use. Each tool is pre-sharpened and ready to use.
