Description
- Materials: Braided with pure expanded graphite wire reinforced with glass fibre, copper wire, stainless steel wire, nickel wire, etc.. Flexible and high strength. It is self-lubricating, chemically inert and thermally conductive.
- Advantage: Graphite Braided packings are robust and resistant to deformation, not harden, heat Dissipating and Compressible, high temperature and pressure resistant. Temperature: -58°F to 1112°F (-50°C to 600°C), Pressure: 9-45 MPA.
- Prevents Leakage: Graphite braided compression packing protects pumps and valves from fluid leakage in both static and dynamic applications. Withstand high temperatures and dissipate frictional heat away from the shaft, thereby increasing shaft speed and reducing leakage.
- Application: Can be used to seal hot water, air, gases, steam, superheated vapour, oils, heat transfer fluid,low-temperature liquids, boiler feed water and condensate, pulp, paper stock etc. It is mainly used for sealing valves, groove, pumps and reactors under high temperature, high pressure.
- Widely used: Ash removal pumps, slurry pumps, feed pumps, front pumps and other large pumps in thermal power plants, chemical plants, mining minerals, municipal/wastewater, steel mills and other industries. Especially suitable for many particles and high abrasion and other harsh working conditions.
