Fluval G3 Chemical Cartridge

Fluval G3 Chemical cartridges are for use with the Fluval G3 advanced filters. The cartridges are designed to hold most loose or granulated chemical filter media down to 0.2mm in diameter and provide maximum versatility for the hobbyist. The chemical filter media actively changes water characteristics through deliberately managed chemical reactions. In combination with the Fluval G3 mechanical and biological media available, the Fluval G3 Chemical Cartridge works to keep your aquarium clean and safe for your fish to live in. The chemical filter media are now housed in cartridges which are directly accessible from the top of the filter. Both can be cleaned or replaced without the laborious chore of disassembling the whole filter. Changing or maintaining the G3 Chemical Cartridge is quick and mess-free.
