Our pad is made from high quality EVA foam that is non-toxic and durable. The extra thickness provides superior protection and support for long stretches of use and over the long term. With a surface measuring 17.7 inches by 11.8 inches, the mat is large enough to give your knees room to move around, but still small enough for easy storage. The foam will "break in" and soften after a few uses, like a good pair of shoes, but the extra thickness will reduce gradual wearing down that affects other, lower-quality pads.
