WHY FOOT PADS? The Bottom of your feet have the largest pores in your body allowing Detox pads to quickly draw out circulating toxins. Every nerve line in your body ends in your feet making it the ideal place to clean out toxins through sweat. HOW TO USE: 1. Peel adhesive backing paper from the pad and apply it to your foot's reflex point. Ensure the pad is secured 2. Repeat on your other foot. 3.
