Forest Wind-Storm

Immerse yourself in the exciting ambiance of a forest windstorm. This nature recording features the sounds of heavy, gusty winds blowing through a dense forest of broadleaf trees. The CD starts out with the winds on the softer side, but as the recording progresses, the gusty windstorm generally gets more intense. There are periods of lulls and periods of loud, rumbling wind gusts blowing through the leaves and creaking tree trunks. At a couple points, a large branch breaks off. There is no music added to this recording. It is meant to be the pure sounds and ambiance of the forest as it was recorded that evening. This CD is part of our Ambiance Soundscapes audio-CD series. Please note: This CD is one continuous recording but has been broken up into 6 tracks for listeners who are playing a bunch of CD's in shuffle mode.
