The fourth volume of Dutton's exploration of John Foulds's light music led by conductor Ronald Corp contains many delightful discoveries. It features the surviving two movements of his second Cello Concerto, the premiere recording of the Prelude from his Wagnerian epic The Vision of Dante, the atmospheric suite from George Bernard Shaw's Saint Joan and the Prelude to Euripides's tragedy Hippolytus.Foulds:
