You have to read the book and you need to take the notes. Using the templates at the end of each chapter will give you a greater understanding of the work. I love to read and have read thousands of books, but I still forget things that happened hundreds of pages before. These books enable the reader to have a point of reference . Turning the corner of the page and highlighting can help, but returning to your own words helps so much more.
