Fresh City Kids Recipe Book

Fresh City Kids—Washington, DC, is the premier youth camp guided by Von Der Pool Healthy Living Services and instructed by Chef Lauren Von Der Pool (Queen of Green). All of the participants worked very hard to produce this recipe book. Von Der Pool Healthy Living Services Inc, is a healthy living, non-profit organization who’s mission is to improve mind, body and soul through food choices and healthy lifestyle changes. This special collection of recipes was inspired by Chef Von Der Pool with embellishments and creative input by each of the participants of the program. We hope that they continue to create healthy recipes. ENJOY!!
