This is the first major catalogue published in English on the work of Korean group Tansaekhwa―Chung Sang-hwa, Ha Chonghyun, Kwon Young-woo, Lee Ufan, Park Seobo and Yun Hyongkeun. Tansaekhwa artists variously experiment with pushing paint, soaking canvases, dragging pencils, ripping paper and other material manipulations.
