- Oil Absorbing Grid Filters designed specifically for DTF printing. Suitable for FC-2002 & FC-2002A fume extractor
- The main material inside the Oil Absorbing Grid Filters is polypropylene meltblown nonwoven fabric. This material can effectively absorb petroleum hydrocarbons, all kinds of acidic and alkaline non-corrosive liquids. It is very suitable for DTF industry
- Difference between suction lattice filters and Hepa filters: oil absorbing filters can effectively absorb oil and grease, while Hepa filters can not. Therefore, the use of Hepa filters in the DTF industry can easily cause clogging of the main carbon filter
- Lifespan: Oil Absorbing Grid Filters have a normal lifespan of 3-6 months. Depending on the frequency of use.
