The GOGOGOFUN Digital Probe Oven Roasting Thermometer is designed to either give you a reading of your ovens current temperature or can be inserted into meats being cooked in the oven. Ideal for indoor or outdoor cooking or roasting. The temperature probe is designed to remain in the oven whilst the meat is cooking, removing the need and inconvenience of removing the roast from the oven to check the temperature. With the leave in probe, you no longer have to open the oven door, take out the roasting tray to check how well the meat is done. No more burnt hands! No more loss of heat!

Pre-Programmed For 9 Kinds of Meat: Ground Beef, Ground Poultry, Beef, Veal, Chicken, Pork, Poultry, Lamb and Fish.
Wide Temperature Range and High Accuracy: Temperature range of probe: 15.8˚F to 482˚F (-9˚C to 250˚C), ±1.8°F/1°C accuracy.
Probe Wire is Heat Resistant to 716°F(380°C).
The 4" food grade stainless steel probe with step-down tip design to get temperature more precisely and quickly, 40" stainless steel wire / probe reaches any oven or grill.
Press TASTE to select the level of doneness for the meat type selected. RARE, MED RARE, MEDIUM, MED WELL and WELL DONE.
Built in Count down and count up Timer.

3. Wash the metal probe tip with hot soapy water and dry thoroughly. Do not immerse the probe in water while cleaning.
