The Milk Island is a fantastic compliment to the Gaggia Platinum machines. The machine already brews your espresso at the touch of a button, and now the milk island froths your milk just as easily. Pour your milk into the Milk Island, turn the steam knob to the Milk Island position, and watch as your fresh cold milk turns into hot, creamy, delicious froth for your cappuccino or latte. The milk is contained in the Milk Island so no milk enters the machine so it won€t clog and it is easy to clean. It can be completely taken apart for rinsing in no time at all. It's completely hands off and so easy your kids can use it to heat their milk for their hot cocoa! For a nice creamy latte, swirl the milk in the milk island before pouring to mix the steamed and frothed milk. For a cappuccino hold back the frothed milk with a spoon to pour the hot steamed milk then remove the spoon and pour out the frothed milk topping.
