Winter Park Honey's Raw Gallberry Honey was once one of the largest honey crops in Florida. Florida's landscape was filled with the beautiful, low bush Gallberry. Because of overdevelopment this plant is slowly disappearing and the bees are having a difficult time creating this historical Florida favorite. The nectar flow in 2010 was not strong, but the bees made some great honey from what little nectar was available. Try this honey while there's still some left..
