COLD :Place in refrigerator or freezer for at least 15 minutes. Apply gel pack on treatment area up to 15-30 minutes.

HEAT : Place gel pack in hot water for 5-10 minutes at a time. Warm up by hot water only 50-75 degrees!!! (no microwave no boiled water). Remove the gel pack after 5-10 minutes and Repeat heat test again to reach the desired heat levels
