- INGREDIENTS: 22% - 24% Garnet Dutch Processed (highly alkalized) dark brown cocoa powder
- FLAVOR: Rich aroma, full flavor; a classic European-style unsweetened cocoa powder
- USAGE: Hot cocoa, sauces, frostings, and even brownies and sponge cakes. Dutch-process cocoa powder is neutral. Because it is neutral, it does not react with baking soda.
- ALLEGERN INFO: Free from active lipase and proteinase. Components which could cause allergic reactions: cocoa, saccharose, fructose
- EXPIRATION: Best before July 12, 2025.
- ORIGIN: Product of Holland, Produced by Cargill Cocoa and Chocolate.
- REVIEWER: The other reviewers are right on the money with this one. The chocolate is delicious - it's a very deep, rich, finely ground chocolate. Compared to other chocolate powders, you'll probably need to add a lot less of this one to get the taste. I love it, but if you prefer lighter chocolate this might not be your thing. If you add too much, it can get bitter and chalky quickly, so use a light hand. If you really love the taste of chocolate, then you'll like this.
