Gina K. Designs for Therm O Web Foil-Mates Backgrounds, 5.5" x 8.5", Swirls and Flourishes

Foil-mates are unique, pre-printed foilable elements designed exclusively for thermo O web by Gina K. Designs that can be used with Deco foil or Gina K. Designs for Therm O Web fancy foils and a hot laminator to add brilliant color and metallic shine to cards, scrapbook layouts and other paper craft projects. Foil-mates are printed onto 80 pound white cardstock using high-quality, commercial-grade black toner ink. Foil-mates toner ink reacts with heat to grab the foil and transfer it to the page in one simple step, creating a high-shine, permanent metallic finish. Simply place the foil-mates design ink side up inside folded parchment paper, cover the design with a piece of foil placed color side up, and insert into a pre-heated hot laminator, using the fold as the lead edge. Remove the piece from the laminator and peel away the foil sheet to reveal the metallic finish. Beyond foiling, foil-mates designs may also be used as black-and-white patterned paper, or may be colored with markers, watercolors or inks. Colored foil-mates can also be foiled to add shine to the design. Tip: for best results, before foiling, wipe foil-mates with a lint-free cloth.
