Staying healthy is increasingly important in a society full of processed foodstuffs and mineral-deficient soils. Michael Green does a great job of providing some great recipes for cakes. Normally, I find gluten free pastries to be tasteless and dense. The recipes in this book are actually flavorful. My friend introduced me to this book after bringing some "samples" to a potluck. I didn't even realize they were gluten free.
I wish there were more recipes in the book. Twenty seems a little low. The formatting also needs some work for the kindle book, but it's easy enough to follow the recipes.
This book is excellent. If like me you suffer from an allergy to Gluten and you like your cakes and biscuits, etc then it is really hard to find decent ones to eat. This book gives you all the information on how to make your own. the recipes are fantastic, they are so easy to follow and really yummy. The author lays out all the ingredients which are straightforward to buy and then with an easy step by step process they appear right in front of you. This book is a lifesaver.
