We soak and germinate our raw pumpkin seeds sourced from China, which removes the phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors that are naturally present in nuts and seeds. The pumpkin seeds are then dried and ground at temperatures of around 108 degrees. The result is a light and sweet tasting organic pumpkin butter which is enzyme rich, nutrient rich and easily digested.

A portion of the proceeds is given to support cow protection.

When a seed or grain is sprouted, the starch within the seed is metabolised. Usage

It is recommended to stir the Pumpkin Seed Butter prior to first use. This Vegan Butter is best used on Crackers, Bread/toast/muffins, smoothies, healthy dessert recipes, fruits, veggies, etc.
