Auto-boosting Liquid Nitrogen Pump makes use of the physical characteristic—liquid nitrogen vaporized easily, and adopts pressing liquid ejection structure, compelling a little liquid nitrogen in liquid nitrogen containers vaporized rapidly in vaporizing chamber and bringing vaporizing pressure, making liquid nitrogen let out automatically from liquid nitrogen containers, lest liquid nitrogen containers should be damaged and a great deal of liquid nitrogen should be vaporized because being dumped by hand.
It has advantages of less volume, less weight, rapid rising pressure, quick letting out liquid, a little wastage of liquid nitrogen, easy operation and carrying. It is a perfect device of instilling liquid nitrogen from liquid nitrogen containers in the departments of animal husbandry, medical treatment and scientific research.
1) Installation: At first, removing plastic dustproof cover under liquid ejection hose, opening gas ejection valve, and inserting liquid ejection hose to the bottom of liquid nitrogen container slowing and vertically, then moving lock device to the neck of container, tightening little screws to reduce diameter of “O” sealed loop and seal lock device and outer hose, finally, tightening big screws to make “O” sealed loop swelled and fix and seal the pump and the neck of the liquid nitrogen container.
Usage: After accomplishing installation, close gas ejection valve, pressing liquid intake spherule at about 30 times per minute by hand. Bottom valve closes by the pressure, and upper unilateral valve opens, so compressed air enters liquid nitrogen containers, and makes some liquid nitrogen vaporized, forming low pressure. Opening bottom valve under liquid ejection hose, a little liquid nitrogen enters vaporizing chamber and vaporizes quickly. Pressure in vaporizing chamber increases, which makes unilateral valve open, and nitrogen enters liquid nitrogen container, so pressure in the container increases, causing liquid nitrogen to be ejected from liquid carrying metal hose through liquid ejection hose.
