The Grab & Go safety walking rope is the latest product in my Walkodile range & it's a great resource to manage walks with children more effectively. PLUS it also doubles up as an emergency evacuation resource!

Available in either a 4,6,10 or 12 child option, one or more Grab & Go's can be linked to each other.

For Walks - Grab & Go is a teacher approved, robust walking resource. Supervisors simply ask the children to hold onto the brightly colored handles or, for enhanced safety, each child can be linked to the product via a velcro fastening on each handle. Handles are well spaced out, ensuring enough room for each child. An adult handle is located at the front.

For Evacuation Drills - in an emergency situation it's essential that children & adults are able to stay together & move quickly to a safe area. While an evacuation may move easily & quickly during drills, evacuation of young children in a real emergency situation is much more challenging. Grab & Go facilitates the children's movement as a group, even in frightening situations with low visibility. The spacing of the handles allows children to "get low and go" (crawl) whilst maintaining physical contact with each other & with the responsible adult.

Through evacuation practice & other learning activities, children learn to stay together & follow the adult to safety. The brightly colored loops also promote color recognition.

Grab & Go complies with relevant US safety testing requirements.
