Perfect Storage Block
To get years of use out of your knives, store them in the included Universal Knife Block ($30 value!). Simply slide them into the knife block, taking care that they don't touch each other. To wash the Block, first remove all of the knives. Then carefully turn the Block upside down and the green "grass" will slide out which you can wash on the top rack of your dishwasher. You can use the extra space in the Universal Knife Block to store your other knives as well.
Care-Free
The Green Kitchen ceramic knives require minimal care. After use, simply rinse with water and detergent, and wipe with a clean rag. After cutting non greasy food such as fruits or veggies, you can just rinse the knives in warm water.
