My daughter is vegan and our whole family love smoothies so this book grabbed my attention! I was really happy to see the quality and quantity of smoothie recipes that are included. My favorite 2 recipes are the "Kale, Strawberry and Kiwi" and "Nutty Green Apple" smoothies. Yum! Thanks for giving my family more fun and healthy ideas for delicious smoothies!
bought this book for kindle.good price. I liked all of the smoothies they were great except the fact that they seemed to have a lot of similar ingredients in them such as bananas nd kale. all good though:) nd I do not need this book to lose weight I just got this to improve my overall health
My girlfriend just happens to be a vegan, so I thought I'd see if I could find her a nice vegan smoothie recipe guide that she'd be happy to use. And, upon going through it both her & I were really impressed with the amount of valuable information it shares on not only how to make the best vegan smoothies, but also lots of amazing tips for better health as well! I especially liked the section on 'tricks for making them delicious!' :)

The recipes are simple to follow, yet look incredibly appealing... even to a non-vegan like myself! Highly recommended to any vegan or aspiring vegan out there.
