Blue Grey Oyster Mushrooms Grow Kit. Pleutotus oysteratus. Imagine clusters of succulent, top shelf gourmet mushrooms that can reach the sizes of 10 inches in diameter. This grow kit requires light misting to produce three to four crops over a two month period. It grows fairly well in warm climates as well. Expect 3 to 7 pounds of mushrooms with proper care.
