SOKISS Gua Sha Scraping Massage Tool - Pro Medical Stainless Steel Board Deep Tissue Muscle Scraping for Soft Tissue, Physical Therapy - Massage Tools (S Shape)
✅The Stainless Muscle Reliever is our most effective muscle relief tool, designed for anyone with muscle tension, impingement or pain. Based on a 2000 year old Chinese technique known as Gua Sha, this tool offers myofascial release to help you relieve muscle and joint pain, quickly and effectively!
✅Through the lateral shear forces from "scraping" the skin, the tool releases tension in the fascia (this is the tissue that surrounds your muscles), which consequently allows blood to flow again, promotes recovery and ultimately restores movement. You will feel the difference almost immediately!
Product feature: â—Powerful Enough ! Strong Enough ! â—7 inches long and perfect thickness, providing excellent control in your hands. â—Each curvature of the tool has its own unique profile to fit body parts of all shapes and sizes. â—It also has just the right amount of weight to it, making it nice for getting good and deep with less initial hand fatigue. â—Made of brass with good anti-allergy, anti-corrosion properties, and it is shatterproof. â—It is designed for use on the areas of the body such as the back, forearms, neck, calves, and pectoral muscles. â—Perfect for athletes, trainers and clinicians to treat tight muscles and chronic pain.
How to Use Normally the wide edges are used for bigger surfaces such as back, arms and the narrow edges are used for pressing actions (acupuncture). For instance, for a facial massage you can use the heart shaped tool in the following way: hold at aproximately 30 degree angle and move the tool touching your face with the wide edge upward/ outward, except for the nose where you need to move downward. Keep in mind that scraping is always one direction only and the movements don't have to go back and forth. With the pointed edges press in order to activate accupressure points.
