- SAFE TO USE: Our sinus rinse bottle is BPA and Latex-Free, making it safe to use for anyone. Supervision is required for children 12 years of age and under.
- HOW TO USE: Add GuruNanda's Saline Premixed packet. Fill with purified or distilled water to the 240mL line. Lean forward with your head slightly tilted down. Keeping your mouth open, without holding your breath, place the cap snugly against one nostril. Squeeze the bottle gently into one nostril at least using 1/2 of the solution. Repeat in the second nostril.
