Human hair disinfection procedures for our products:
(1) Hair is boiled in water for 6 hours, then washed in clear water.
(2) Next is placed into acid bath for 5 to 20 minutes, then washed in sodium hydroxide to neutralize acids.
(3) Afterwards, it is washed in clear water,then rinsed in bath of peroxide with ammonia, and again washed in clear water.
(4) The hair is then shampooed,conditioned and air dried naturally.
How to differentiate a superior mannequin head from a inferior one?
(1) Compare part: Check the head-spin, trimming of hairline and ways hair implanted. Inferior ones have uneven implanted hair, some places with sparse hair while some places with overstocked hair. On the other hand, the inferior ones have unnatural head-spin while superior ones not.
(2) Machine implanted hair VS manual implanted hair: Inferior ones are mostly machine implanted hair, hair looks not natural and feels thorny, while superior mannequin head is manual implanted hair and it feels natural like real human hair grows.
(3) Hand feeling: Feel hair on the head, inferior ones have greasy hair because much conditioner is used, thus impact the curling and dyeing effect when using. Superior ones have clean-looking and oil-free hair,very easy to use.
(4) Makeup: Check eyes, eyebrows,mouths and other part of the model, some superior ones have stain in model eye, superior ones won't.
