- Troubleshooting: Ensure power light is on and adapter is powered; For ARC input, confirm that your device supports ARC and has enabled this feature, and use an HDMI 1.4 or higher cable to connect to the ARC port. If no sound is output or static is present, set the TV's audio output to PCM/LPCM and use an adapter for power supply. No Sound with 5.1 Channel, confirm the audio source is in a 5.1 format, set your device's optical port to 'Source Output'.
