- MATERIAL: Clay Tempered folded Steel Sanmai Lamination, Full Tang,Real Japanese NOTARE Hamon(Big Wave hamon),Kanahada Nugui Tricolor Polishing(Ha white，The blade‘ ji is dark,Shonoji-ji is brighter) ,material selection, forge, quenching, Clay Tempered ,polishing and grinding and final assembly are finished manually.
- FEATURES:Authentic handmade production.The Real Japanese Hamon pattern is done in the same process as the traditional method.It requires a lot of skills.
- CRAFTSMANSHIP - This blade is made of Clay Tempered folded Steel .And it has been laminated in a Sanmai configuration(outer steel is folded steel ,Core steel is T10 Steel). Differential hardened and clay tempered, water quenched and polished.The blade hardness has reached 60 HRC,This blade is polished and sharpened by 18 different process.
- PERFORMANCE - The blade is polished by hand. The surface is very smooth, bright and sharp enough to cut through a thick bamboo tree with a single strike yet, and sharp enough to cut tatami, water bottles, and so on.
