H.I.T High Intensity Training with Ian Duckett.

2007 was the year I made a comeback to the stage at 42 in the best shape of my life. It was the year I won the Natural Pro Am and the World Natural Bodybuilding Championships. In preparation for the said shows, I understood that I needed to make the gains of my life. I was not getting any younger and age was backing me into a corner. It was a 'do it' and 'do it' now state of mind and I needed to step up my game.
I had always advocated working hard rather than working long -intensity had always been in my bag of tricks for making gains,for myself and my clients.
The program I came up with is outlined in detail here in this booklet. Based on High Intensity Training made popular by the late Arthur Jones and Mike Mentzer.
This is my take on H.I.T. Set for set, intensity techniques used the works.
If you are willing to work hard this program will be the most result producing routine you will ever do.
