- >> K007 is a one-way piston vertical steam engine, equipped with a set of vertical boilers, through the copper conduit to introduce steam into the main engine, steam through the ventilation valve into the cylinder, push the piston to work, piston crankshaft and ventilation valve crankshaft gear linkage, control the intake and exhaust process
- >> The engine is equipped with a CNC machined aluminum vertical boiler, featuring a conical combustion chamber for maximum heat absorption and steam generation efficiency. The whole integral CNC molding, the biggest advantage of this design is to reduce the error caused by multi-part assembly
- >> The K007s innovative design includes a safety valve that automatically releases pressure when it exceeds the set threshold, ensuring safe operation. A water level observation system prevents the boiler from running dry, enhancing the engines longevity and reliability
- >> The brass crankshaft with semi-circular balance design, coupled with precision brass gears with an axial runout of less than 0.005mm, guarantees smooth and efficient power transfer. The large 78mm flywheel shared with the M20 series Stirling engines adds rotational inertia, contributing to the engines smooth performance
